Open Question: I was recently beaten by the father of boy i sent to jail, how the hell can police hunt him down?

How in the hell can i get this nut in prison for 50 years I caught my 16 year old daughter in bed with her 18 year old bf and called the law. The judge gave him 48 years. This was back in 2005 in Idaho, he commited suicide in prison after serving 6 years. In November of 2011, his dad came with a baseball bat, and broke my legs, then when i was down, he punched me in my face like 10 times, and head, my stomach, i had horrible sensations flowing throughout my body . it was a total nightmare. I had 2 black eyes, a broken nose, a broken jaw, lost 2 teeth, fractured lung, internal stomach bleeding, spent 3 weeks in the hospital, I called the law again, and told him i knew him, i knew who it was, they went to his house to arrest hi,, but he wasnt home, the police cant find him, how do i make the lazy police work harder to work to find him?...
